HRM-Fit provides accurate heart rate data for various sports, such as running, indoor and outdoor cycling, strength training, HIIT training and group exercise classes. For indoor running, HRM-Fit also sends pace and distance data to your compatible watch. If you forgot your sensor-compatible watch at home, the heart rate belt records step count, calories burned, power minutes and heart rate data from your workouts. You can then update the data on all your existing, compatible and connected Garmin devices. The heart rate sensor is waterproof to 30 m/3 atm, meaning it's splashproof.
