You can contact our customer service with any questions concerning guarantee and repair services that are included in the products guarantee. The watches are always sent to the importer’s official repair service to be fixed and looked after by professional watchmakers. Our customer service can be reached via email: email@example.com. Check the service times of our customer service down below. We always aim to get back to you as soon as we can.
Please note that the guarantee on watches only covers possible faults in the watch’s movement or factory defects. The guarantee does not cover the watch’s case, glass or strap which naturally wear off in use.
We offer our customers a 60 day return policy on unused items. The product can be returned to our shop in Tuuri (see the address down below). Please note that all delivery costs, as well as the risk for damages, are the customer's responsibility in the case of exchange or return. Please remember to contact us before returning your item, so that we are able to help you with further instructions.
