Yes. We are an authorized retailer of all the brands we’ve listed. All our products are real and bought from authorized importers. All our watches are granted their original warranty.
Sure! The products that we have available in our web shop can also be bought at our physical store in Tuuri, Finland. Because of our large selection we can’t have all our products out at the shop. You can always ask the sales personnel to get a product out from the storage for you to see. Our physical store has a wider selection of jewelry and gift items available than our online shop.
We offer you a 60 day return policy when shopping with us. In order for us to accept the return the product must be unused. If it’s clear that the returned product has been used or damaged, we refund a maximum of 50% of the price paid for the product. Note that engraved products can’t be returned or changed, with an exception for faulty items. (Finnish Consumer Protection Act 6:16 § 3)
Yes. All the watches are granted their official warranty by the importers. The warranty time is always noted in the product description. It depends on the watch and the brand how long the warranty is legible, but the minimum warranty is 2 years. You can contact us at info@watchesonline.com owith any warranty related questions. Warranty matters can also be sorted at your local retailer for the brand in question. The warranty only covers the watch’s movement and factory defects. The warranty does not cover the normal wearing out of the watch’s case and strap.
Yes. The batteries are installed at the factory by the manufacturer of the watch. The watch is immediately ready for use once you get it from the post. We grant the battery a 1 year warranty. If the battery of your watch were to run out during the first year, we cover the costs of changing the battery with up to 8 euros.
No. All our watches are new.
Yes, every watch is delivered in its original packaging.
If the product description shows for the watch to be in stock, we can guarantee you it is. Unlike many other online shops, we deliver our products straight from our own warehouse. In this way we keep full control and know exactly and in real time what we have in stock and what not. Our web shop is updated according to our stock in real time. The watches are stored with care.
Unfortunately we don’t get the exact lengths of the straps from the watch brands. The lengths do fit 99% of all wrists and it is unlikely for it to be too short. If you’ve had trouble finding a fitting watch before due to a bigger wrist size, don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll be happy to help you find the perfect watch. If the watch doesn’t fit you can of course return it with our 60 day return policy. If needed we can offer you extension parts to metal bands. Or if you need to shorten the strap of your watch, you’re welcome to use our free shortening service. Simply let us know your wrist size when checking out by writing it in the additional information field.
Sure! We can shorten your watch strap for you before sending the watch to you. If you want your watch strap to be shortened write the tight circumference of your wrist in the additional information field at the check out. To get your strap shortened does not lengthen the delivery time!
Yes, you can get a free engraving for the watches you’ve bought from our web shop at our physical shop. Just remember to bring a receipt. It takes max. 2h for us to engrave your piece.
