We offer our customers a 90-day return policy. The product should be eligible for return as described in the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (6. 16 § ). The purpose of this act is to ensure that consumers have the possibility to see the product before finalizing the purchase in the same way as they could at a physical shop. The consumer has the right to have a look at the content of the product packaging and to carefully try on the product. The product has to be completely scratchless and in unused condition, if returned. The packaging of the product should be opened with ultimate care. The customer is responsible for the delivery costs of returns.
Restrictions of the return policy as stated in the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (6. 16 § ):
- Engraved (tailored) products can not be returned as it is stated in the Finnish law.
- The product can not be returned or changed if it has been ordered separately from the factory upon the customer's request. We only have very few of these kinds of products in our selection and will clearly inform you on the product page if the product is made to order by the factory.
- Due to hygiene reasons earphones can only be returned if the packaging is unopened
Returns The customer is always responsible for paying the delivery costs of returns. Please contact us before returning the products in order for us to be able to give you all the information you need. You can email us at email@example.com.
It is the sender’s responsibility to repackage the product appropriately for return. The product should be repackaged with ultimate care, in order to avoid damages during delivery. The packaging should at least be of the same quality as the packaging in which you originally received the product. We do not accept returns that have been damaged due to inappropriate packaging. If the customer has failed to repackage the product with care, he or she is responsible for the costs caused.

You will receive a repayment for your return once we have received your return and processed it on our side and Klarna on their side. You will be contacted by Klarna with further information regarding the repayment.
