To reach the goal Raymond’s son-in-law, Oliver Brenheim, joined the family business. He modernized the business structure and organization and took over new markets by stepping in as the new leader of the marketing department. In 1996 Brenheim became the CEO of Raymond Weil.

The brand launched Amadeus, a watch collection inspired by Amadeus Mozart in 1983.
