Withings Steel HR Sport Black measures your heart rate from your wrist with advanced PPG technology. The green LED lights on the back of the watch send rapid pulses of light to your wrist and use the reflected data to measure your heart rate. The black Withings Steel HR Sport is also a very comprehensive activity tracker. The device automatically detects walking, running, swimming and sleep. You get comprehensive information about your activity directly to your smartphone. The device features a stylish analogue activity indicator at 6 o'clock, which shows your accumulated activity on a daily basis in relation to your goal. The Withings Steel HR Sport Black also features an easy-to-read digital display that gives you the information you need at a glance. The display shows your heart rate, accumulated steps, distance travelled, calories burned, smartphone notifications and set alarm time. The device can wake you up in the morning with a gentle, silent vibrating alarm. The device is 50m waterproof so you can use it while swimming or showering.
