Polar M460 training features

The device also features several tests for fitness monitoring, including an orthostatic test and a Polar fitness test. Polar M460 calculates the calories you burn during your workout. The device also provides post-workout feedback on the effect of the workout and the load of the workout. You can also see your recovery status on the Polar Flow online service to track your recovery. The Track Back function guides you back to your starting point as the crow flies and shows the distance to your starting point. The M460 cycling computer has a built-in GPS that accurately measures speed and distance. It also records your route directly to the Polar Flow online service. The device also shows you your current altitude above sea level and meters climbed/descended. The device also measures real-time ascent speed. The display is customisable by the user to make it the way everyone wants it. Your training history is stored on the device and in Polar Flow.
