COROS VERTIX 2 WVTX2-BLK is the latest version of COROS' flagship VERTIX outdoor watch range. This heart rate watch offers extreme battery life, durability and a wide range of features to help you cope with demanding conditions. The watch features a PVD-coated 50.3 mm wide and 15.7 mm thick titanium case. A 26 mm wide bracelet attaches to the case and is easy to change thanks to its quick-release fastening.
Excellent battery life
The COROS VERTIX 2 GPS Obsidian WVTX2-BLK offers up to 60 days of battery life without GPS! In full GPS mode, with all features enabled, the device has a battery life of 140 hours. In addition, the device offers UltraMax mode, which turns on the GPS for 120 seconds every 30 seconds. For the remaining 90 seconds, COROS' own Intelligent Stride algorithm takes care of the tracking. UltraMax offers up to 240 hours of battery life.
Towards better fitness with EvoLab
EvoLab by COROS is a platform that analyses your workouts, recovery and more. It's a free service for anyone with a COROS watch. Features include Training Load: see in real time how your workouts over the past day and week are affecting your body, Training Effect: see how hard your workout was both aerobically and anaerobically, and Marathon Level: EvoLab scores your marathon fitness level on a scale of 0-100, with a perfect 100 corresponding to Eliud Kipchoge's marathon ME time. Electrocardiogram / ECG: heart rate variability can be measured directly from the wrist with the GPS watch. Heart rate variability is an ideal measure of the body's reaction to stress and its ability to recover. The COROS system converts each individual heart rate variation into a measure, allowing easy comparison of data from one athlete to another.
VERTIX 2 is the first GPS wristwatch to feature a next-generation, fully satellite-based dual frequency chipset. It allows the watch to communicate simultaneously with five different positioning systems (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS and Beidou)
