Premium finish and classic design

The deeply textured stainless steel bezel requires time-consuming forging, cutting, and polishing. The top surface is brushed, while the beveled edges are mirror-polished – giving the watch a luxurious and multidimensional look.

The small indentations in the metal bracelet echo the design of the original resin strap. Assembled at Yamagata Casio – the birthplace of the original G-SHOCK – this model perfectly merges heritage and innovation.

G-SHOCK’s durable structure

The GMW-B5000D-1C features a full-metal shock-resistant construction that preserves the spirit of the original G-SHOCK. Fine resin cushioning is placed between the case and bezel to absorb impact, and the three-prong lug structure distributes shocks evenly. The screw-lock back plate ensures a secure and tight seal.
