Suunto Core 2 is the long-awaited update to the legendary outdoor watch. It is a pure-blooded tool watch for adventurers and outdoorsmen who need reliable and accurate environmental information without the need for constant charging. The design of the watch pays homage to Suunto's iconic outdoor heritage, but its interior has been brought to the present day with modern sensor updates and wireless connectivity. The stylish All Black model offers a matte black, tactical look, highlighted by an even clearer display and a very comfortable, perforated silicone strap.

Clear display and advanced ABC technology

At the heart of the watch is a completely updated 1.3-inch LED dot matrix display, which guarantees excellent readability even in challenging conditions. Intuitive button controls and a backlight, the color of which can be changed to red or green on the fly, increase ease of use. Clear indicators on the display, such as the Third Q indicator for the moon phase, make it easy to read the information.

As a true adventure companion, Suunto Core 2 shines with its optimized ABC technology (altimeter, barometer, compass). The watch provides accurate altitude information over a wide range from -100 meters to 10,000 meters. It continuously monitors changes in air pressure and weather trends, measures ambient temperature, and displays real-time sunrise and sunset times. A digital compass ensures that the direction remains correct in all situations. For everyday activity, the device also has a pedometer and support for multiple time zones.

Military-grade durability and modern connectivity

The watch is built to withstand extreme conditions, as evidenced by the strict MIL-STD-810H durability standard of the US military. The device works on dry land from -20 °C to +60 °C. The watch is waterproof up to 10 ATM and includes automatic depth measurement up to two meters, making it ideal for swimming and surface diving. Modern features include built-in Bluetooth (2402–2480 MHz), which operates at a range of about 10 meters and allows for effortless synchronization and updates via the Suunto app on your smartphone.

One of the watch's biggest advantages is its maintenance-free power management. Suunto Core 2 runs on a traditional 3-volt CR3032 coin battery, which the user can easily replace themselves. Power consumption (reference: Core 2 Battery Life Model – 20260422) is optimized to last up to 470 days (approximately 15 months) in time-only mode and approximately 330 days (approximately 11 months) in typical adventure use.
