The body of the watch is made of aluminum alloy and has a diameter of 44.8 mm and a thickness of 11.2 mm. It's easy to customize the Lite 3 into your own kind of smartwatch. Choose from several watch faces and two trendy bracelets to match your style. The Mibro Lite 3 smartwatch supports advanced health monitoring. 24/7 heart rate monitor measures your heart rate throughout the day and night for accurate readings, supporting biometric recognition technology for accurate measurements. The watch has an hourly blood oxygen saturation measurement and the watch immediately informs you if the blood oxygen levels are low. Mibro Lite 3 also recognizes your level of stress during the day and, if necessary, gives instructions for breathing exercises. Track the quality, quantity and stages of your sleep, which you can study to improve your sleeping habits. For women, the watch also tracks and records menstrual cycle information.
Mibro Lite 3 includes more than 100 pre-installed sports modes, supporting both aerobic and anaerobic training. Sports modes include running and walking (automatic detection), treadmill, cycling, swimming, triathlon, roller skating, rock climbing, skateboarding, parkour, skiing, Frisbee, horse riding, skipping rope, strength training, cross trainer and much more.
