The striking features of the Junghans Form A Chronoscope 27/4370.03 chronograph watch are its shape and expressive colouring. The watch is inspired by British artist Richard Macneil's Time Square artwork in New York, which is a colour-matched print on the back glass of the case.

The J880.1 is powered by an automatic movement with a power reserve of up to 56 hours (excluding the chronograph function). The PVD-coated black stainless steel case measures 40 mm in width and 10.5 mm in thickness. A durable sapphire glass protects the dial, which has three sub-dials for chronographs and a date at 3 o'clock. The black strap, made of genuine leather, measures 22 mm wide at the attachment point. The Junghans Form A Chronoscope 27/4370.03 has a water resistance class of 50m/5atm, meaning it has limited water resistance (swimming is not recommended).
