The Junghans 1972 Chronoscope Sports Edition 2025 41/4579.00 is a sporty chronograph watch with a matte finish and bright orange double vertical stripes running through the center of the dial. The prominent, large number 6 resembles racing numerals, paying tribute to Junghans' historic ties to motorsports. Following the 2024 release, this limited series includes three new variations – each restricted to just 200 pieces.

Powered by a J645.83 quartz movement, the Junghans 1972 Chronoscope Sports Edition 2025 41/4579.00 offers chronograph functionality with stop time precision to one-fifth of a second. The dial also features a date display and 24-hour subdial. The hands and hour markers are coated with eco-friendly white luminous paint for excellent visibility day and night. The case is made of stainless steel, measuring 43.3 mm in width and 11.3 mm in thickness. The dial is protected by durable sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating. The white strap is made of genuine leather and measures 23 mm at the lugs. Water resistance is rated at 100 m / 10 atm, making it suitable for surface swimming and snorkeling.
