The Junghans 1972 Chronoscope Sports Edition 2025 41/4578.00 is a sporty chronograph watch featuring a matte finish and elegant gold-colored double vertical stripes through the dial center. The bold number 6 evokes racing numerals and highlights Junghans’ historic motorsport connections. Released as part of the 2024 launch, this limited series includes three new versions—each produced in only 200 units.

The watch is powered by the J645.83 quartz movement, featuring chronograph functionality with precision up to one-fifth of a second. The dial also includes a date display and a 24-hour subdial. The hands and indices are painted with eco-friendly white luminous material for excellent readability both day and night. The case is stainless steel, measuring 43.3 mm in width and 11.3 mm in thickness. The dial is protected by sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating. The black strap is made of genuine leather and measures 23 mm at the attachment point. Water resistance is rated at 100 m / 10 atm, suitable for surface swimming and snorkeling.
