Cycling power measurement

Huawei Watch GT 6 takes cycling tracking to a new level. It measures heart rate, speed, distance and elevation directly from your wrist. The new Huawei Sunflower positioning system improves accuracy by up to 15% and ensures reliable navigation. The virtual Cycling Power function calculates power without a separate sensor and displays real-time and average values. When the watch is connected to a separate power meter, you also get FTP meters for long-term monitoring. Safety is ensured by fall detection and SOS alarms, and up to 40 hours of cycling time on a single charge ensures that the watch stays with you throughout the journey.

Running, hiking and outdoor sports

Huawei Watch GT 6 offers accurate tracking for running, hiking and other outdoor sports. The new GNSS algorithm follows e.g. balance of ground contact and vertical movement of running, giving concrete advice on improving running technique. When hiking, the dual-frequency GNSS ensures that the location is recorded correctly even in remote places, and the bright 3000 nit AMOLED screen keeps the route and gauges visible in all lighting conditions.

The new Huawei TruSense system brings even more accurate measurements of heart rate, sleep, stress and breathing. The watch monitors sleep stages, blood oxygen level (SpO₂) and stress levels and gives practical tips to support recovery and well-being. A special novelty is the monitoring of emotional life. The watch recognizes and classifies your emotions into 12 states and visualizes them as beautiful flower patterns. This helps you better understand your own mental well-being.
