Huawei Watch D3 is a CE-MDR-certified medical device that uses the oscillometric method. The mechanical air cushion hidden inside the bracelet, the precise pressure difference sensor and Huawei's TruSense system accurately detect even the smallest changes in pulse pressure.

• 24-hour automatic monitoring (ABPM): You can start a 24-hour monitoring period that measures your blood pressure regularly (e.g. every 15 minutes) even while you sleep. The app creates clear graphs and trends of your day and night values.
• Measurement before and after sports: The watch evaluates your blood pressure response to exercise. You will be warned if your blood pressure is too high before exercise, and you can monitor your blood pressure recovery after exercise with heart and to minimize vascular risks.

Featherlight design and stunning display

The device has been reduced by 15% in thickness and 9% in total weight compared to the previous generation. The aluminum body is only 11.3 mm thick and weighs 40 grams, making the watch comfortable to hold 24/7 – even before bedtime.

The watch's 1.92-inch AMOLED display offers a 6.4% larger screen-to-body ratio and an excellent resolution of 408 × 480 pixels (328 PPI). The amazing 3000 nits peak brightness ensures that you can easily see your heart rate, route maps and notifications even in the brightest sunlight. The display is protected by durable 2.5D tempered aluminosilicate glass.
