With heart rate monitoring, you’ll receive in-depth workout data such as VO2 Max, recovery time, and training effect. The watch is water-resistant up to 5ATM, making it suitable for swimming.

Thanks to heart rate tracking and long battery life, you can monitor your health daily. Track your heart rate zones, stress level, and sleep quality. Set alerts for reaching daily activity goals. Measure your blood oxygen level (SpO2) in under a minute and get sleep quality analysis through the Honor Health app. You can also perform guided breathing exercises right from the watch to restore balance during the day.

The side button can also be configured as an emergency contact shortcut via Bluetooth.
