For best performance and accuracy, we recommend wearing the ring on your index, middle or ring finger. Avoid fingers where the base of the finger is significantly narrower than the knuckle. • Size 7 (S): 17.5 mm diameter (55 mm finger circumference)
• Size 8 (M): 18.3 mm diameter (58 mm finger circumference)
