Straighten the tape and measure its length in millimeters. Compare the millimeters to the 'ring circumference' section of the size chart to find your ring size.

From the size chart, you can see the ring's inner circumference in millimeters and the ring's diameter in millimeters. Based on these, you can determine your ring size.
