Suunto 7 allows you to choose from 3 different ways to wake up your watch display: 1)by lifting and rotating your wrist (low battery usage), 2) by touch (low battery usage) or 3) have it on always-on mode (high battery usage). The innovative feature automatically adjusts the watch’s brightness to match your training location. During your workouts, you can keep track of four different metric views. Take a look at your training details, loops, maps and graphs (eg. altitude, heart rate and pace) with just a glance on the display. If you like to listen to music from your phone, you can now use your Suunto 7 to control your playlists directly from your watch display. The beautifully detailed colour maps are complete with terrain details, contour lines and tracks to make it extra easy to navigate even when on the run. Use the integrated heat maps and find your way to the favourite routes of other Suunto users. This function allows you to train where your peers like to train or avoid the busiest tracks. The local offline maps are automatically downloaded whenever your watch is connected to Wifi. You can also always manually select and download the maps you need. Use the map feature to view your location, direction, distance as well as the start and endpoints of your route.
Time to get moving - no more excuses!
Suunto 7 Graphite Special Edition makes it easy for you to stay on track with your daily activity levels. Use Google Fit app to track your steps, calories and walking distance. Suunto 7 can be used for easy breathing exercises whenever you need a little break. This watch tracks 4 activity goals: Heart Points, Move Minutes, runs per week and steps per day. Heart Points and Move Minutes are Google fit’s way to convert your activity into simple to read metrics. You earn Move Minutes for any daily activity, for example when you choose the stairs instead of taking the lift. Heart Points are earned by completing heavier workouts. At the moment Suunto 7 does not support sleep tracking.
